It would be nice to have a poweruser that could login to the webinterface and   
only maintain distributionlists and the global LDAP addressbook  and shared 
folders but NOT create   
new users.   
   
So basically the same rights as the maintainer but the users part not visible,   
in a large organisation the global addressbook part is very often a task that   
needs less  rights than creating or deleting a user.
