Technically murder provides a distribution of the cyrus mailboxes namespace
across multiple machines while keeping a global administrative domain which
is also supported by the cyrus admin tools.

IMHO the kolab multi-location support provides the same while allowing to
fully control which server is used for a specific user.

In WAN environments this is the critical Kolab feature for performance,
efficiency, availability and reliability.
