The option enables Outlook users to see new email messages on foreign 
accounts. Since Outlook fetches new messages are via POP3 from INBOX and 
then Toltec puts them back on the server through IMAP in INBOX/Inbox, no 
new messages whould show up unless Outlook is running on that account 
somewhere. This is impractical for role accounts or if you want to delegate 
mailbox access to someone else while you on vacation.
