KDE Kolab client proko2 rc: 
There is a menu item "File" -> "Refresh local imap cache". 
 
When right clicking on an imap folder, you get something like "trouble shooting 
imap cache" and then a choice between index rebuilding and complete refreshing. 
 
We want that same choise in the "File" menu, too. 
Is this easy to do to replace it with "trouble shooting" and then just 
have a similiar dialog? 
 
This would remedy a usability bug as people try the File menu more often then 
the context menu and might think this is their only choice and loose some 
changes.
