Hello!

On IRC somebody said something about 
a new kolab mirror at http://ftp.belnet.be/packages/kolab/server/

Who is the contact for this mirror?
Can we add it to the kolab mirror list?
Is rsync used in a way that links are preserved
to avoid excess downloads?

Of course we appreciate new mirrors,
(and I think we are in need of more mirrors, too).
