obmtool will usually figure out which packages are already installed and
do not need to be recompiled. Cases that need some manual intervention
are mentioned in README.1st.
You should also be able to just fetch the new obmtool.conf and modify it
so that obmtool downloads the new packages automatically. For that you
need to modify the variables at the beginning of obmtool.conf
appropriately. Make URL refer to the mirror you're using if doesn't
already and set the various *loc variables to '='.

Just run /kolab/sbin/kolabconf after the upgrade. You may need to look
at the backups of configuration files created by rpm during the update,
though. /kolab/bin/openpkg rc will complain when that's the case. Most
of the time the backups the same as the files kolabconf created from the
templates and thus can be deleted.
