[Kolab-devel] [issue681] Kolab2 Master->Slave server uses wrong password for "nobody" on slave

When bootstrapping a new slave server the "php_pw" in kolab.conf is wrong on   
the slave. This causes Postfix not to be able to bind to LDAP which causes   
lots of problems with the delivery of mail. 
 
We had to manually fix the php_pw and then all worked perfectly. 
   
Also, the caledar_pw fields dont appear in kolab.conf.
