[Kolab-devel] [issue799] pfb php script cannot handle umlaut and dots in foldernames correctly

the pfb php creation script cannot correctly handle dots (cyrus folder name   
convention ^) and has problems with umlauts.    
   
Basically the php code assumes UTF-8 while imap folder names are closer to   
UTF-7. 
 
Please expect a patch soon (End of this week or begin of next week)
