automatic invitation handling doesn't work anymore when "HTTP FreeBusy Service
(Legacy)" is OFF.  The reason is that the resource handler tries to fetch
free/busy information through http and not https and thus does not get a valid
fblist from the server.  Perhaps the old apache config allowed this for local
connections even without the legacy mode.  Enabling the legacy mode solves the
problem.
