Would it make sense to check for a running korgac appointment reminder
when kontact is started and not just when a user selects "calendar"?
This might be useful for non-KDE users, that forgot to start korgac
and then are confused that they are not being remined, though kontacts is
running (but they have not clicked on "calendar" yet).
