In kontact, open the event editor dialog to create a new event.  Add an attendee
but with incorrect settings, for instance by entering a name but no email
address in the name field.  Go to the free/busy tab.  Because of the missing
email address no fb list can be downloaded, obviousle.

Now go back to the attendee tab and correct the information.  Then go to the
free/busy tab again.  You still don't get free/busy info even when the new
information is correct.  Closing the dialog with OK and opening it later,
kontact is able to retrieve the fb info.
