The german localized version of kontact's mail compose window (German title
"Nachricht erstellen") has some duplicated Alt- keyboard shortcuts, most of them
for the various header fields, but some for menu entries:

Alt-V:  
    Ordner für _v_ersandte Nachrichten:
    _V_ersandart:
    _V_on:

Alt-B:
    _B_lindkopie an (BCC):
    _B_earbeiten (menu entry)

A bugreport from a customer says there are three meanings for Alt-B but I can't
see a third one.

Also, there's no shortcut for the "An:" field.
