The second part of the tabular, 'Environment Configuration', omit
'DB_ENV'

ldapdistlist is seraching for the kolabGroupOfnames object class and
the member attribute value. It I understand the Kolab design
correctly, this groups will only be found under the cn=internal
subtree.
