[Kolab-devel] [PATCH] to fix all-day events in Horde used with Kolab 2 backend in a timezone different from UTC

Hi,

after having Horde ticket 1822 (http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=1822) 
sleeping for about six weeks without any further feedback, I decided to fix 
this issue by myself.
Find attached a diff against CVS from this morning. It would be fine if 
someone of the Horde developers could put the changes into CVS.

All Kolab 2 admins having Horde installed may want to test it meanwhile. I 
have to say that I've tested it for some days and I haven't found any side 
effects so far.
