[Kolab-devel] [issue846] Move to openpkg 2.4

Openpkg 2.4 is out and Openpkg 2.2 support is fading out, 
thus we need to move to Openpkg 2.4. 
Our goal is to have an 2.0.1rc1 or beta to shake out  
potential stability problems. 
 
We should also try to get patches in upstream or openpkg directly 
to ease the task of updating. 
 
BTw: The openpkg manual recommends to not skip versions when updating. 
Steffen: Maybe you can ask them, if we would expect troubles.
