Have smartsieve added to the kolab rpm set, using the obmtool.   
It seems trivial to install and to configure (AFAICS).   
I think that the it can even be configure 
from kolab_bootstrap using the @@@variable@@@ trick.  If so kolab would 
have a nice frontend to create server based email filters.
