Not sure how to reproduce this.  It happenes to a customer and I think I saw
something like this on our demo system at LinuxTag too.  In both cases it's
kdepim proko rc3.

An error message occurs on the first sync (in english here, but the user uses
the german localization):

  Error while uploading folder

  Could not make the folder Tasks on the server.

  This could be because you do not have permission to do this, or because the   
  folder is already present on the server; the error message from the server 
  kommunication is here:

   An attempt to create the requested folder failed.


Later on it contains the URL which ends in /INBOX/Aufgaben
Shouldn't that be Tasks?  IIRC the customer only uses kontact and kontact uses
the english names when creating the folders.
