The kalendar folders are listed in the tree of kalendar resources in the
kalendar part of kontact.  The name under which the default kalendar is listed
can change from one kontact session to the next. Sometimes it's simply
"Kalender" sometimes it's "Kolab Server/Posteingang/Kalender" (this is with the
german localization obviously)
