By default Kolab depends on using 127.0.0.1 in the configuration of many
programs. This causes a large number of problems when trying to install Kolab
into a FreeBSD jail. I have a jail running in which I run my normal
Postfix/courier IMAP server. I want to migrate to Kolab so have created another
jail for purposes. The problem is that 127.0.0.1 is shared between all the jails.

Therefore it would be useful if, during the bootstrap, it would be possible
which IP all the components of Kolab should bind to.
