[Kolab-devel] [issue635] Cannot send mail to UPPER CASE shared folder

Create a shared folder "test" and a shared folder "TEST2".
Send mail to kolab+shared.test at domain.com - success.
Send mail to kolab+shared.TEST2 at domain.com - fail: Logs show 
to=<kolab+shared.test2 at domain.com>,
relay=/kolab/var/kolab/lmtp[/kolab/var/kolab/lmtp], delay=1, status=bounced
(host /kolab/var/kolab/lmtp[/kolab/var/kolab/lmtp] said: 550-Mailbox unknown. 
Either there is no mailbox associated with this 550-name or you do not have
authorization to see it. 550 5.1.1 User unknown (in reply to RCPT TO command))

Does kolabfilter make it lower case? I do not know if it is standard behavior to
be case-insensitive for email addresses, if so then shared folders should be
created all in lower, without the possibility of upper case. If not, does
kolabfilter need to change its output?
