The way teh free/busy download URL is specified in korganizer has changed
recently.  The wizard has been updated but the documentation has to be updated
as well.  The screenshot in doc2.sxw is incorrect now for instance.

The new way to specify the download URL is

https://kolabserver/freebusy/%25EMAIL%25.ifb

In older versions the %25EMAIL%25.ifb wasn't necessary.
