kde client 3_3 + proko2 branch CVS 20040111:

vcard 2.1 does not declare the encoding when exporting, 
thus umlauts do not work. 

There is an upstream report and was fixed in HEAD,
please backport.

According to the KDE Report the vCard 3.0 standard
has not encoding declaration inside of the file, but it 
must be done externally.
