[Kolab-devel] [issue614] Events from deleted calendar folder still show up in free/busy list

Create new calendar folder and add an event to it.  Sync.  It shows up in the
free/busy list.  Now delete the folder with all its contents and sync.  The
event is still in the free/busy list.

The reason seems to be that the pfbs are not deleted and are still used when the
free/busy list is created.
