This is not sufficient because when later checking the ml archive people 
navigate along the thread.

For a user it is nearly impossible to figure out where the continuiing 
discussion/solution is to be looked up. 

A URL pointing to the issue in the issue tracker which is sent to the mail 
thread is very useful for this purpose.
