[Kolab-devel] [issue598] obmtool.conf has incorrect order

As reported on kolab-user: 
 
After Dec 04 a ./obmtool kolab isn't enough anymore because of some 
packages are in the wrong order. Workaround - run ./obmtool kolab again.
