[Kolab-devel] [issue595] resmgr doesn't set incidences-for

For resource accounts the Calendar folder is created by the resource manager. 
It has to set the proper annotations on the folder to make work properly in
kolab.  It does set folder-type annotation but it doesn't set incidences-for. 
Without incidences-for, free/busy lists will be empty for resources.
