[Kolab-devel] [issue674] toltec does not save long subject lines with umlauts correctly

beta63 has solved almost all umlaut problems,
but long subject lines are not treated perfectly yet.

I am also attaching and email which did not get recoded correctly
by outlook for testing purposes next.
