As far as I know: Yes.
Only Outlook 2003 on Windows XP with Toltec 2.x 
has seen quality control during Proko2.
There are other client possibilities, but I expect
that quality to be not as good.
Of course I cannot say, but one sign is, that we did not
hear much from those developers when we worked out the storage format.
Radley Network Technologies, 
the makers of Toltec were the only ones 
that have been actively working with us.
