We should make sure that all log files have a proper log rotation
by default. Currently some files have log rotations and some do not.

The following data is from 12 users create over 2 month
and it is easy to spot the places.

8/kolab/var/proftpd/proftpd.log
4/kolab/var/proftpd/proftpd.system.log
25360/kolab/var/resmgr/freebusy.log
5804/kolab/var/resmgr/resmgr.log
4/kolab/var/resmgr/fbview.log
416/kolab/var/sasl/log/saslauthd.log

All log files in kolab should have reasonable log rotation by default.
gzipping the second last log is fine behaviour.
