Kontact 3.3 + proko2 branch:
Open a composer window for a new mail.  Change appearance to include text
widgets for e.g. Reply-To: or CC: headers.  Next to each of those text widgets
is a button labeled "..." that opens an address selection dialog.  If you select
addresses in that dialog and click OK, the addresses are always put into the
entry field for the To: address, even if you clicked on the button for Reply-To:
