[Kolab-devel] [issue913] admin interface changes

Added "mobile" and "state/prov" fields to admin/users and admin/addrbook.  Added
field to separate cn from mailing list (on update).

Attached is a tar file with my changes and a "diff" file for each.

They go into the following directories:
Added "state" and "mobile phone" fields
/admin/users/user.php
/admin/addressbook/addr.php

separated cn and dist name fields for LDAP.
/admin/distributionlist/list.php

I did a a "diff" (without any options).  I hope that is okay for now.
