We shall further improve the creation time of pfbs,        
as a section calendar that several people actively work        
with and has 3000 calendars with Toltec can put a server under load       
because of many triggers links coming.       
        
In issue793 proposes an algorithm that promisses another improvement.       
       
Another possible improvement would be to wait a few minutes      
before creating the pfb and see if addition request come in      
and to ignore those, thus putting a limit on how many pfb creations      
are done per time interval.      
    
This might also be related to issue893 because Toltec 2.0.5  
always uses a  application/x-outlook-tnef attachment now. 
I cannot say how much that adds to the load.
