[Kolab-devel] [issue900] appointment deletion/chancel not registered correctly

Testing with svn 444225: 
 
Invite user B via email. 
User B accepts and the appointment is registered in his calendar. 
 
Now delete the event and send the chancelation email. 
User hits: the button in the email to delete the email from his 
calendar. The email is gone, but the appointment stays!
