Kolab Server 2.0.1rc1:     
     
userA's homeserver is X     
userB's homeserver is Y     
     
userA shares a folder with userB that is fb-relevant.     
     
Any .ifb request for userB.ifb will be answered by Y, which is fine.     
How does a triggered creation of pfb of the folder on X will    
reach Y?
