[Kolab-devel] [issue895] order of kontact's components

In Kontact there's a list of all the components (summary, email, contacts, ...)
on  the left.  The order of the items on there is different from the order of
the items in the config dialog and on the summary config page.

The order also depends on the language, e.g. it's different in English (Calendar
is last) than in German (notes are last).

It would be best if the order of these components is the same everywhere as much
as possible.   Not sure what should happen with the different parts of
korganizer which are grouped under korganizer for konfiguration but appear as
separate component in the list on the left.
