[Kolab-devel] [issue884] external events stay "marked for deletion"

With kolab server 2.0.1rc1, deletion of external addresses doesn't work anymore.
 The entry is marked for deletion, but it's never actually deleted.
When I look at the corresponding ldap entry, I can see that the kolabdeleteflag
contains all the servers (master and slaves), none of them seem to remove
themselves from that list.
