Actually I think it was fine to hardcode it, if this is a standard with Kolab 
Servers. Otherwise someone from external which only has your email address
cannot determine where to get the freebusy list for.

At least it should not be a configuration option offered to the user,
it makes the interface more complex and it is complex enough already. ;)
