Kolab Server 2.0.1rc1: 
 
When a user is overquota, it would be an interesting escalation 
to actually forbit this user to send email, 
instead of just blocking incoming emails. 
Users might care more about the ability to send 
then to receive. 
 
Steffen: I need an effort estimate for this.
