In the current kolab 2.1 packages (2005-08-11) automatic resource handling
doesn't work.  resmgr.log contains an error message:

August 11 15:44:07 kolabmailboxfilter.php[27615]: Error: IMAP Errors from
createMailBox: NO, Permission denied
