the roadmap is not a wishlist. It is something some people
might take very serious and would not be happy
to see items pop up and vanish from the Roadmap again.

Thus I thought it is best to reduce the access to those
who have CVS write access anyway.

We could link an additional wiki page where anyone may
add ideas (if anyone likes to setup such a page).
