No need to manage the slapd.conf files (since OL 2.3 can be configured
via LDAP using the config backend), replication to the Kolab daemon can
be dropped in favour of using sync replication ...

Some of these issues aren't as prevalent in the "package all the
software we need seperately, even if the distribution we're on provides
the software we need" setup, but it is for distributions who do many
things with OpenLDAP, postfix, Cyrus-imap (and Kolab is only one
combination).
