The idea of issue732 and Martin's proposal is that kolabd
can do its mailbox cleanup and then sets a marker, so that
the third party tool can remove the ldap modification it has made.
This reasonhas it merits because only the third party tool knows
which ldap opject is had to modify to make it a kolab account
and thus is in the better position to decide which to remove after
kolabd has cleaned up the mailboxes (and maybe other stuff in the future)..
