Dear Henning,

well, I had the impression that the bootstrapping failed in the moment where 
the apache and the php were to be configured. I stopped to work on the issue 
where I noticed that it would be a hell lot of work. Then I wrote my email to 
the developers list. 

Obviously there is a problem nevertheless... so I will resend my reply to the 
developers list, too.

I took the download mirror as described in the WIKI page on source 
installations. 

Henning, I will send you my /kolab/etc directory in a private mail.
