[Kolab-devel] [issue715] toltec doesn't show events in group account's calendar folder

Outlook with toltec connector 2.0 RC 1 doesn't show events in a group's calendar
folder.

To reproduce: create a new group account.  Configure it to accept invitations
automatically and send and invitation.
Create a new windows user and configure outlook/toltec to use the group account.
 The event is not visible in outlook.

For normal users the automatic invitation handling works fine.  I tested it
today with the same outlook/toltec connector installation.  The key difference
may be that in the case described above, the calendar folder is created by the
resource manager.  It does not have the incidences-for annotation, for instance.
