This isn't really necessary as the metadata gets stripped out of the template when
the conf file is written. The latest server packages supports this functionality so
please try my sample file and have a look at the output.

If you really want comments, etc. I guess we can add the functionality but I would
rather not have the metadata show up in the final conf file.
We really have a lot of flexibility with this and keep on evolving the functionality
as we go along.
