In principle kontact lets the user select a different drafts folder on a per
identity basis.  This doesn't work.  Drafts are always saved in the standard
drafts folder.

The other bug reported there, that dimap folders can't be used for drafts, can't
be tested right now because kontact always uses the standard folder.

I tested with kdepim KDE_3_3_BRANCH + proko2 branch from 20040917
