[Kolab-devel] [issue387] Calendar folder of resource should have appropriate folder type

The Calendar folder created by the server for a resource user does not have a
folder type annotation.  It should have to be a correct kolab folder.  Without
this attribute Kontact (with proko2 branch) does not treat the folder as a
calendar folder.
