How to you use that tool? I didn't manage to get it to convert anything 
successfully.

Ok, any idea what happens to a live system when you upgrade from a 
non-skiplist enabled cyrus to a skiplist-enabled one? I had some funny 
busyness going on here -- mailbox database was corrupted etc...
