Another kolabd failure.  After a "/kolab/bin/openpkg rc all stop" and then a
"/kolab/bin/openpkg rc all start" kolabd didn't come back.  Last entry in
/var/log/messages was 
 K Error: Can't call method "bind" on an undefined value at
/kolab/lib/perl/vendor_perl/5.8.4/Kolab/LDAP.pm line 323, <DATA> line 511

This is on a slave with server packages from 20040902
