erfrakon.de doesn't, as you can see by clicking on "current" in
http://erfrakon.de/projects/kolab/download/mirrors/ftp.kolab.org/server/development/

But Bernhard is right, this is a requirement, because otherwise the
server directory would be much bigger, currently 3353MB vs. 876MB.
